Here is the recipe with papaya, cod and red onions for delicious raw fish tartare!


1 red onion

1 McGarlet lime  

1 papaya McGarlet  

1 cod fillet  

1 glass of extra virgin olive oil


Cut the cod into cubes and then place them in a container. Slice the red onion and add it to the cod, as well as the diced papaya. Grate half the lime and squeeze the other half: add both in the container and pour a little oil. At this point mix well and refrigerate for half an hour. Serve with a cup in the center of the plate and fill it with the tartare using a spoon.
