PIMENTO JALAPENO FEATURES
Pimento Jalapeno is a pepper of the Capsicum annuum species. Generally it has an elongated shape with a smooth, bright green skin. With a mild to medium spiciness, the jalapeno pimento is between 1000 and 3500 scoville units.
PIMENTO JALAPENO ORIGIN
From very ancient origins, it was consumed by the Aztec populations before the arrival of the Spanish conquerors. Nowadays pimento jalapeno is cultivated mainly in Mexico where it represents 30% of the general cultivation of chillies.
