Litchis have a variable diameter between 2 and 5 cm. They are initially covered by a thin smooth rind on the inside and wrinkled on the outside that hardens when the fruit is detached from the tree. The lichi has a color between rosé and reddish and the pulp is white, translucent, soft and very sweet, very reminiscent of grapes.
