LIME FEATURES
Lime is a citrus fruit belonging to the Rutaceae family. The files have a rounded shape and usually do not exceed 6 cm in diameter and have a thin emerald green skin. The internal lime pulp is rich in juice and is usually used to flavor dishes and drinks
LIME ORIGIN
Originally from Asia, it was imported into the Americas by the Portuguese. Lime, unlike other citrus fruits, prefers tropical climates and is therefore mainly grown in South America.
