GINGER FEATURES
Ginger is a root of a perennial plant that grows above the ground and can reach a meter and a half in height. The fleshy root according to the variety can vary in shape and color, the most commonly diffused has an external hazelnut color and a pulp tending to yellow. Highly aromatic and pungent, the ginger pulp can be extremely spicy. The young ginger is covered with a thin edible peel.

Ginger is native to South East Asia. It is cultivated in most tropical countries and can also grow in warm and temperate regions.
