DURIAN FEATURES
Durian is the fruit of a plant belonging to the Malvaceae family. The fruit can reach a length of 30 cm, has an ovoid shape and has a very hard, green or brown skin, rich in thick thorns. The inner pulp is divided into sections, separated by an inedible membrane, and the pulp is yellow. The durian is exported not too easily because of its strong unpleasant smell which contrasts with the delicate and pleasant taste.
DURIAN ORIGIN
Originally from Southeast Asia where it is highly appreciated and used, it’s in fact called “the king of fruits“. Durian is mostly grown and consumed in these countries.
