DAIKON FEATURES
The Daikon, or white root, is an extremely large variety of the common radish; it looks like a large carrot, 5 to 10 cm in diameter and capable of reaching even half a meter in length. Daikon is considered a natural fat burner, an important regulator of digestive activity and a high natural source of vitamin C.
DAIKON ORIGIN
Daikon is a vegetable native to the Far East, in particular Japan, Korea and China where it has always been used raw in Sushi-based dishes, marinated or cooked in various soups.
