CURLY PARSLEY FEATURES
Curly parsley is a herbaceous, glabrous, biennial plant with a large root. The leaves are toothed and curly cuneate, toothed and have an intense aroma. It has flavoring, vitaminizing, aperitif and diuretic properties.
CURLY PARSLEY ORIGIN
Curly parsley like the common parsley is a plant so widespread in the world, in all the orchards and gardens that today we are not sure about its area of origin: perhaps the western Mediterranean between Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia. In Italy it is only naturalized. Cited by Greeks and Romans and considered by them a good digestive and diuretic, only later was it used in the kitchen to enrich and flavor foods.
