CHERRY FEATURES
Cherry normally has a spherical shape but you can find varieties that have a heart shape or slightly elongated sphere, can reach up to 2 cm in diameter. The pulp also takes on a different color and texture depending on the variety. The taste is sweet, never cloying, with acidulous peaks. The fruit contains only one hard, wood-colored seed.
CHERRY ORIGIN
Originally from Asia Minor, the cherry is widespread in most temperate climates. Widely cultivated in Chile and Argentina and also in Australia.
